Open the door and walk into the foyer and you realize every inch of this beach house has been thoughtfully designed for your comfort and ease of use. You will notice the high end finishes of solid surface countertops, shiplap walls and hardwood flooring. The main floor is an open concept and consist of a well laid out kitchen, dinning room with seating for a large family and a sitting room with an oversized sectional, a gas fireplace for warmth and a flat screen TV with all the latest Apps for your convenience. The upstairs has two luxe king bed ensuites while the basement is a perfect area for kids with four custom built extra long bunkbeds, full bathroom and a family room with another oversized sectional and flat screen TV with all the latest Apps as well as a full size laundry room.

The Space
Seagrass Bluff has two king bedrooms with beautiful ensuites on the top floor, a open concept main floor for entertaining and living life on the PNW beach, including a comfy living room with great seating, a smart TV, gas fireplace and a dining table big enough for games or nice dinners, great kitchen space with large island for all to be part of the fun. The lower level of the home has the bunk room with four extra long twins, a family room with large sectional and smart TV, full bath with tub and shower, laundry room and storage room for beach gear.
The home has three different deck areas one off each level. The main floor deck has lots of seating and looks out to the forested space, the upper deck is part of the master and has a sweet space to sit and relax in. The lower area is a patio with seating and toy cubbies for the beach toys. This patio also leads to the beach path that will take you right to the tall Seabrook stairs. There is a hot and cold hose wash off area up at the main patio. Please rinse off all sand from toes and toys, before going inside or before hoping in the hot tub.

ABOUT
We are the Millers, and we are excited you are here! Our family feels so blessed to have such a great place to escape to that we wanted to share it with others. Our family has been going on beach adventures to such places as Cannon Beach Oregon, Seaside Oregon, Ocean Shores Washington and Moclips Washington for over 20 years. We feel the community of Seabrook encapsulates all the best qualities of the communities mentioned above. Seagrass Bluff is so named because it sits on the bluffs of the ocean beach. It is strategically located between the beach access trail and the center of town with fun shops and quality restaurants. It is also just a few minutes away from the town of Pacific Beach. The Olympic National Park is a 50 minute drive northeast. We have set up Seagrass Bluff so our guests can enjoy a unique relaxing experience of a traditional beach house. The large sitting area with a large comfortable sofa, TV, and gas fireplace is perfect for inside chilling while the deck offers a large sectional for outside gatherings. The basement includes a kid’s space with comfortable seating and a large TV. The courtyard amenities include a grill, hot tub, fire table with chairs, and several lounge chairs for outside enjoyment. The garage annex includes a sauna, exercise equipment and several gaming machines. Spring and summer are perfect to explore the beach and all the surrounding areas. The fall is perfect for storm watching.

Wonderful stay at Sea Grass Bluff!! Even better than description and pictures! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Close to everything - ocean, restaurants, shopping, community activities! The house is completely stocked with everything you might need as a family - well appointed kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, games, sauna, hot tub, fun game room for teens and up, treadmill and stationary bike, and so much more!! Loved how the house is set up - easy for 2 families to share the house with two king beds and bunk beds for the kids (or additional adults!). The beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE and we slept like babies! Dog friendly - we had everything we needed for our fur baby! Bowls, waste bags, toys, and extra dog blankets and sheets for the beds to make him right at home! LOVED the CHECK IN/CHECK OUT times! so nice to wake up and enjoy breakfast before packing up! Excellent communication - responsive and helpful! You can tell the owners take GREAT PRIDE in their home!

The house is on the same side of the highway as the ocean, which made it an easy walk with our labs. The house is spotless and beautifully decorated with everything you need. The fenced in courtyard allowed us to be outside enjoying the fire table and hot tub without worrying about the dogs straying. Loved the 2 family rooms so we could watch different movies. Will definitely visit again, it’s the perfect spot to vacation with our fur babies.

It was our first time in Seabrook and staying at the Seagrass Bluff was perfect. We traveled as a family of 4 adults, 2 small kiddos + our pup and Greta's place was so family and pet friendly. They thought of everything to make our stay pretty seamless. Check-in was a breeze and check-out was simple. The kitchen is fully stocked which allowed us to cook a couple meals at home if we didn't want to eat out. There's two living rooms, which is great to have the separate hangout spaces. Beds were comfy, and our toddler loved playing with the bunk beds even though he used their provided pack n play, so was one less thing to pack! Our pup also loved using their dog bed and the doggy blankets and treats that they provided. The house was easy to find and we liked that it was at the end of the street. While it was up against the road, you really can't hear the road noise. Plus they have sound machines in all the rooms if we wanted to use. 5 min walk into town and beach. We'll be back!

The place was amazing and perfect for our family. A well stocked kitchen, a very very responsive host and an optimal location with a two minute walk to access to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the town center! We will def stay here again!

First time to Seabrook and we LOVED it!! Greta’s house was the perfect home base to explore the town from. Close to the town center and the beach! Plenty of beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs to borrow! Kitchen had everything we needed and more! The courtyard was lovely and everyone had fun in the garage! We are excited to return to this beautiful town!

Sometimes you really don't know what you are going to get. Pictures and pics of the rental are better than what you find when you get there. This is not the case with Seabluff at Seabrook. The house is super up-to-date with new pretty much everything. The decorations, furniture, staging, and state of the art appliances are amazing. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom spacious. Our location was wonderful with immediate access to the beach as well as a 2 minutes walk to downtown Seabrook. An unexpected treat was a system of mountain bike trails that were actually pretty good considering you would not expect that with a resort community. The extra amenities like a garage with dry sauna, video arcade games, treadmill and stationary bike were a plus as well as the hot tub. This is the place to rent if you are coming to Seabrook.

A well-designed house for multiple families on a beach holiday! The house was spotless with modern decor. Our host provided a canvas tote gift bag with snacks and reusable water bottles. The house was well appointed for our dog. This is not a house where you need to bring a lot of your own gear. There are two sinks in the gorgeous kitchen and all the basics/essentials like cooking oil, spices and coffee were provided. The sinks were such a great feature when multiple adults are attempting a cookout/cleanup! Comfortable beds and two living rooms were some other highlights. We used the grill, the hot tub and the arcade games in the garage. Town is a very short walk away and so is the main beach entrance. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away from the current construction. There was some road noise as this house is near the main road through town but it’s not heavy traffic. Easy to do a day trip to Ruby Beach if you cover everything in town. Well worth the price - would stay again

This was a wonderful getaway In a quaint town with lots of space for 2-3 families. Kids bedroom is on bottom floor so recommend for parents whose kids can sleep on their own :) that floor was kid-friendly- bunk beds, puzzles, games! We loved the amenities, everything you could need was provided. Something for all ages. Note: lots of stairs (3 floors) for those w little ones or elderly. The patio w hot tub was great and the garage w arcade games, cardio equip. and sauna was awesome. Unfortunately the fire pit was tough to work but Greta and her husband were responsive about it which we appreciated. We had a little bumpy start with needing fresh linens but once again, Greta responded right away and Jaynie was on it and came very quickly to refresh everything. The forest is your backyard- private and peaceful, 15 min walk to the literal shore, 5 min walk to the nice small town with food and shopping. Overall, relaxing place and really great hosts. What a lovely spot. We had two families comfortably at the place. So walkable to the local restaurants and the beach. Great space at the house, with great amenities. The kids didn't want to leave!
